Basic Lease Terms:
All of our rentals require a 12 month lease . Many of our properties are also pet friendly (breed restrictions apply to multi-unit properties and properties with shared yards). Deposits range from 1 1/2 to 2 times the rent.
Credit Score of 660 or above
Two years of verifiable rental history
Two years of verifiable employment history
Gross income of at least 3 times the monthly rent
If you do not meet any of these requirements, you may still apply by using a guarantor.
When applying with a guarantor:
If a guarantor is needed to meet the basic qualifications, attach the guarantors information in the same application as the primary applicant by using the "Add Lease Guarantor Applicants" option on the application. If you have already applied and need to add a guarantor, you may still do so but the guarantor will need to apply as a regular applicant.
All adult applicants (including guarantors) must submit an application and pay the $35.00 per person application fee. Please provide at LEAST 2 years of employment history as well as rental history on the application. Payments can be made via Debit and Credit cards. Once we have received your application, the verification process begins and you'll hear from one of our leasing agents shortly thereafter.
